Every time I visit, I order a FROZEN (blender with ice) coffee drink with oat milk. They will only make it half the time, other times they just refuse so I never know if I’ll actually get my drink or not after waiting in a long line. The one time I spoke to the manager, she said “Absolutely we can do that and they should not be refusing you.” The very next time I tried they refused me again. I’ve given up going there even though it’s close to my house. I have no trouble at other locations. Time to find a new spot.
