  I can't believe I've never tried this place until now! WAYYYYYYYY BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE! ✔️💯 Me, and my wife both had it for the first time, and it's a new favorite spot.

  Will be going to chipotle from here on out..asked for a bowl with tortilla on the side..girl made me a burrito.. then never gave me chips and when i asked after the fact charged me 2$ even though theres a sign on the door that says free chips and queso..don't waste your time go to chipotle where you expectations are actually met

  we LOVE this location! Especially we love la’Chae gage, she’s so helpful and such a great worker, you guys are lucky to have her!!

  My wife & kids picked up food the other evening. Evening manager did not know how to fold a burrito and was rude when a question was asked. To make the experience better, addional charges were added which was caught by my wife and told her to get it adjusted. Management needs to do further "customer service" training otherwise customers have many other good food choices in Avon where service is better and customers are respected.

  Qdoba is great everywhere else but this location. I have had two problems now with this location specifically. First incident: Ordered online for delivery, order was cancelled by the store 20 minutes after placing the order. I called the store to ask, the lady answered telling me I would need to wait because she had a line. Waited on the phone for 15 minutes with nobody coming back on the line. I understand being busy but customer service still applies to those calling the store. Second incident: see photos attached. I again ordered online, order was delivered, upon opening it looked like I really only had one and a half tacos out of the three. Attached is a photo of how empty two of the tacos were, one almost nonexistent. Went to file a complaint online, can’t even choose the Avon location. Called the store, again a lady answered and said the manager made my order and she didn’t know why it was done that way. 1. Ok? What’s that supposed to mean for me? 2. The manager was then no longer at the store so could not speak to them directly. She offered to take my name and number down to have the manager call me and I said “yes please that would be great as these tacos are looking a little sad and if that was the manager who made it then that’s really shitty service”, the employee then proceeded to hang up the phone without taking my information down or apologizing for the experience and error. Literally just hung up. I tried calling back and they didn’t answer.
