  I feel for the employees because I don’t think enough people work here, but there was no service. We came in and waited at the welcome desk and we were the only ones and there were two employees behind the counter and they were talking to other employees. And when we asked if they could help us and check us out, one employee said “yeah yeah yeah” and then walked away. The other stared at us? He seemed very confused. No one here talks loud enough they are all mumbling under their breath and it’s too loud for them to be talking under their breath. I think we asked each other “what did he say” or “what did she say?” A billion times. We never knew what was going on because the employees didn’t seem to know what was going on. We went bowling and were in the last lane. Our time already started and our lane wasn’t working. The gates were down. We had to find someone (impossible) to fix it meanwhile our time went down 15 minutes before it was fixed and we found someone. We were super thirsty and were told the waiters and waitresses would come to us. It took forever. I think we were almost done with our hour by the time they finally came. We even went up and asked them when we could order. We were in the last lane and everyone before us kept ordering so they kept going to them first. People with food and drinks already were getting more drinks and food and we couldnt even get water. Then we did finally get our waters and drinks (we only had 4) and they forgot one of ours and we had to chase them down again to get it back. This place seriously sucks and I’m never coming back. Don’t come here.

  Peggy was mean and insufferable. After spending $100’s of dollar on game cards laser tag and bowling for my whole extended family we had to wait over a half hour for anyone to come to the winners choice to give us our prizes! The original workers took our cards and left for a smoke break. The manager Peggy swore at us and became angry when we began asking questions. We’ll go to Dave and Busters down the road instead

  After 3 visits, Main event is on the ban list. Everytime we go bowling, service is painfully slow. We're talking 1 hour for chicken tenders slow. We were long done bowling before the food came out. Couldn't even get waters at our table before we were finished. One time we went and spent 20-30 minutes tracking down a server for the bill. As for the games, I counted 8 games out of order. The kids were doing circles around the game room trying to find something worth playing. Games are overpriced and the prize room is Average at best. Recommend Dave and Busters just a few minutes away.

  I truly never leave a bad review because it’s not in my nature but this was so bad I had to share… where do I begin? Well for starters, I purchased a $150 dollar gift card for a family member who is in the service and I wanted to give him a fun experience for when he got home. The website featured so many extra attractions when I went online (escape rooms, challenge rooms, human claw, mini golf, etc.) so I figured he’d easily be able to spend it all and when we showed up, none of those attractions even existed… he couldn’t even use half of the money I gave him to this place. I could actually go online and book an escape room (for money) at this location that never existed… then we got there and half of the games didn’t work, there were so many rules you could barely have any fun, and the staff was just plain rude. I got bossed around and then got my hair ripped out while a staff member was putting on my harness for the gravity ropes… it was overall just a horrible experience. Please save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

  My son (8yo) and his friend (9yo) had a blast here. They were slightly disappointed because the zipline wasn't open the day we went (a Tuesday evening). However, going on a weekday also meant that it was much less crowded and less noisy. I assume that it would be too noisy to talk comfortably on a crowded weekend. They were also able to go to the laser tag several times and play any of the arcade games they wanted to. I'm sure this would be a great place for a kids' party. As for the food, it was mediocre and way too expensive for the amount and quality of food we got. In addition to failing to accommodate my friend's gluten allergy, the kitchen also failed to keep the sauce off of the cheeseburger my son ordered. They caught the mistake and tried to scrap the sauce off the bun and burger but my son, who is very picky and can be hypersensitive to tastes, textures, etc, refused to eat the burger with even that amount of sauce remaining. But I will say that they did make him a new burger, after I specifically asked, which my son said was delicious. The service and wait times for food were long as well. Given that it was a weeknight and there were very few customers, I can only imagine how long it would take on a typical weekend.
