During this time I witnessed Jessica being so kind and gracious to customers & staff alike. She checked on us & chatted a bit making our experience extraordinary. We will be back.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the chicken. It tasted old to me and not fresh. Personally, I don’t eat leftover or day-old chicken, so that was upsetting. For the amount I paid, I expected better quality. It’s possible I received a bad batch or the wrong item, but overall I was very unhappy with my meal.

They were busy but manager Jessica B served everyone promptly while also keeping the dining area super clean herself and hand delivering orders all the time with a smile on her face and an exceptional personality!!! She took the extra time to cater to a personal request I had, and didn’t even accept a tip!!! Wow that’s the kind of manager I want to have!!! I’d say Promote her immediately!!!

I’ve taken other people there who really hated it because they couldn’t get over the noise level. So now none of my friends want to go unfortunately :-( Other than that, I’m disappointed by the fact that if I order a ton of toppings, they simply give me less of each so that it can fit in one box. I haven’t seen this practice at other locations. I should get everything that I pay for, when my bowl is $20 or more. Honeygrow is a great place, I just am unmotivated to go as often as I would because of these issues at this location.

The entire bowl was kale with a handful of the protein and toppings I selected. If I had to guess there was less than 2oz of chicken and even less of the other toppings. The bowl wasn’t large enough to actually stir in the incredibly small about of ingredients, so I basically had 3 or 4 forks full of toppings and a whole bowl of dry kale.The sauce was just prepackaged garbage, like something from Great Value. My partner got a noodle bowl. Noodles were way wayyy overdone and mushy, toppings were the same, barely anything. Total waste of $30. Service gets a decent score as I did order the sauce on the side but the assembly line of workers failed to correctly complete the request. I was offered a remake. If I would have known how sparse the toppings were I would have taken the terrible sauce on the side and used it on the BOWL of kale. Hard to recommend any place better in the area as it’s all corporate fast / fast casual food. Lastly the music was super loud for the environment.
