Then having to wait the traditional 10 minutes for the hot food, normal. The pickup at the counter, semi-friendly. The fries = the worst Five Guys fries we have ever had!! We wait for the fresh cooked fries and received luke warm mixed with very few fresh cooked fries and over salted. So, it appears they mixed old fries which were already salted with a few new fries and salted again. Very dissatisfied!! I'm not sure we will ever go back. The whole point of Five Guys is fresh hot food. This is why you wait for your order, to receive FRESH HOT FOOD. The owner needs to look at the reviews and make adjustments accordingly.
