- JJjustinFeb 25, 20261.0I came in with my service dog and right off rip the lady started asking me questions and for proof. She would not let me back in the store until I put him on a leash. NO one was even in the restaurant I total understand if he wasn’t a service animal or all over the store but I had him in my arms and a bag that said service animal please don’t touch, but that wasn’t good enough he had to be on a leash. EVERYWHERE ELSE has never treated me like this I have seizures so after be questioned and felt uncomfortable and not welcomed I decided to just leave! Will never be going to this location EVER again!!! As I again have never felt or have been treated like this !!!!

We visited this location at 7pm. They closed at 10. Most beverages at the machine were unavailable, and the ketchup dispenser was empty. It was not especially busy, so I'm not sure what the problem was. The girl who took our order was very friendly and efficient.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
