They had no black beans and the rice bin was half full of crispy dried out rice kernels. The counter was covered with spilled food. It was gross. They forgot to put one of my sides in the to-go bag so I paid for it and didn't get it since I found out when I got home. No adult to be found in here and it showed. I'll actually go to a further location in the future to avoid this disappointment.

The place is consistently, dirty, the bathroom sink is nonfunctional and things like steak, rice, chips, chicken, all being “out of stock’ is bad. Plus, no napkins or plasticware are available. Until I see a sign out front that says “under new management” it’s not worth going back.

I asked if she wanted to pull into a parking spot to let others behind me pull through. She said "no, just stay here at the window, none of us in here are going outside in the rain" I sat there while more cars formed in a line that was wrapped clear around the building. People were blowing their horns. I watched them fill order after order after order, but not mine. 25 minutes later she handed me my order. It was cold, small, and just plain NASTY! The steak was about a Tablespoon full and it was so burnt, I couldn't even chew it....THEN, you guessed it, two huge long hairs. This is the 2nd bad experience! Hire some people with a desire to work, and talk instead of mumbling, customer service in non-exsistent. Shame on whoever owns this!
