  Shout out to NAY! Her and her co workers last night were amazing! I do door dash and pick up from here often. I picked up shortly before 11pm so I saw that they were already short staffed and packed with orders. I got a stacked order afterwards and knew it would a long wait because of being short staffed and the lobby now being closed. I hop in the drive thru and message my customers to make them aware I did have to wait for a looooooong time BUT there were only 2 workers and their line was crazy long. I know the two I picked up were pretty big. Pick them up and made sure to tell them I appreciated them and headed to drop off. As I was leaving the last customer I got another Taco Bell order and went through the same process. Guys listen, give them some grace! It is not the employees at store level’s fault for being understaffed, that is a corporate issue. They were doing what they could with what they had. Yea, I saw Nay get an attitude with some of the customers from time to time but the customer was being a jerk. Nay was keeping the line moving and the orders were all correct. Take a minute to think about what it would be like in their shoes. The orders just keep coming, there are only 2 people working, and corporate won’t let you close. Oh wait, if they close because of no staff then yall would complain too. If you don’t have time to wait and you think the food sucks or the staff are rude, then go to a different Taco Bell. Problem solved!

  Hello I went to taco for a door dash order last night around 1:40am. There were TWO workers behind the counter. They were stressed out so much and all I know is that Nay was AMAZING she has GREAT customer service even when she is stressed out. She helped me and my mother out and sadly we had to go through the drive through because our taco bell lobby closes at 11. We waited for 1 hour for 2 orders but that is okay! She was doing her best and on task. Shout out to Nay!
