I figured I would get Subway because it’s quick. I tried for 20 minutes to order a sandwich through the mobile app and it was not working properly and would not assign a location for me to pick the sandwich up. I called your store and was refused service. I was told you’re not allowed to take orders over the phone. Well here’s the thing….. your app wasn’t working so I COULDN’T PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER! I explained this and it didn’t matter! Really???? I even asked can ya help me out here??? NOPE! Very very poor customer service! Will not recommend or visit this store again.
