When I told them I wanted to use my free breadstick coupon I was “transferred” to my local store. After 8 minutes of waiting in hold I got disconnected. When I tried calling the local number again the same process repeated. Now I’m immediately disconnected the second I call. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Doubt I’ll ever be giving any Pizza Hut my business in the future.
