- MMMatt Mews4 days ago1.0This is one of the worst things served to me, ordered a bic mac from the drive thru an hour and a half before the posted closing time, the who took my order said I was the last costumer of the night, what I was served was a burger turned to rubber because it was over heated in a microwave with no and next to nothing put on it, and I couldn't even to venture a guess as to how old the half order of fries were (cold and rubbery), it is sad that the only edible item in the bag was the ketchup packet

Reason why I checked was various other times I went home to wrong orders or food wasn't in bag. Showed up at 1030 pm says drive through opened till 12am closed. The milkshake machine is ALWAYS not functioning.. got filet o fish meal and it looked like a bite out of the bun and the cheese looked old and curled up. I understand the need to save money for the business and lack of employees but I think the business should consider shutting down if they can't provide decent meals correctly.

I live in Avon Lake and have found this to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Thats a bold statement, but its true. McDonalds corporate head quarters need to step in. The filth, consistency with incorrect orders and poor quality of food are the only consistency of this establishment. As a frequent McDonalds diner, I'm truly sick of going out of my way to avoid this location (closest proximity to my home). Please address THIS location. Wish I could give zero stars.

I only put a little bit on my fries and the salt burnt my lips and left a horrible taste in my mouth. This McDonalds serve food hot and freash everytime we go there. It is very clean in and outside the building.
