  Disgusting bathrooms, melted blizzard, forgot our Sunday and 20 minutes to get our food while our ice cream melted. Really disappointed

  Usually overly packed with not enough staff. Long drive-thru lines and there's a 50/50 chance you're going to get there and they're going to tell you the kitchen is down so you can't order any food, all you can do is get ice cream related stuff... This is not an issue I've encountered with any other dairy Queen I've been at.

  I just moved here so maybe it’s the area but I’ve only seen teenagers working at this location and after visiting this location over 10 times I can say they all need some serious training. If there’s an adult managing this place I’ve never seen them. The foods good most of the time. However it’s usually made incorrectly and they’ll ask you if you want sauce but you can bet you’ll have to run back in for it if you’re using the drive through.

  Waited 30 min in the drive thru to get a blizzard. When I got it, it was melted. Asked for it to be remade and it was melted again. Third time, worker throws the blizzard down on the counter spilling it. Won't be back here.

  April 4 2026 7:30 at night. I won’t be going to the Avon lake Dairy Queen this summer. Customer service was non existent. Four employees behind the counter made no eye contact with people in the lobby trying to order. They looked confused and disoriented. When pressed by a man who had been able to ordered a simple plain vanilla cone (15 minutes ago)-one girl said, “well we are trying to deal with the car line.” She asked the man if he had a receipt so she could look his order up!🙄 What she should have done is quickly made the man a new cone and gave it to him promptly!
