  Ordered food at 11:18 on the app. I didn’t hear anything for an hour and no updates on the app. I called at 12:23 to see if my order was ready. Instantly the app updated to “ready”. I would have never known my food was ready. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Logistically this JJ is closer, but I guess I will start going to the one in Niles.WON’T BE BACK TO THIS ONE

  I got the Ultimate Italian combo I have absolutely no complaints. The reason for the 3 stars on service is that the wait time for my food was a little long. It was a little pricey but the sub was good a full.
