  My burger and my step dad's was raw. They offered to remake the food and gave us a refund. He said he would bring the food to us. After waiting 30 mins for the remake, my step dad looked at a bag that was sitting on the counter for 5 mins. It was ours, but the lady cashier yelled at him for looking in the bag when nobody claimed it and it listed our sandwiches. She had an attitude and yelled at my step dad. Finally she came back over with the exact bag my step dad looked over reading the sandwiches we ordered. We didn't know the number because the guy cashier never gave us one yet she's going to have an attitude when we dont know the number??? Then proceeded to have an attitude and snap back at us. Ive worked in customer service for 8 years. This is not how you treat or talk to customers. The customer is always right; you can't have an attitude and say its the customers fault. Worst experience ever.

  Apparently, this restaurant made me sick when I was... Well, the time I can't remember. Also, the wait was 25 minutes for a Filet-o-Fish, Double Cheeseburger, Frozen Fanta and 10pc McNuggies, they messed up my mother's order, my mother told them Hot Honey but they gave us Honey Mustard, and one slice of cheese on my burger was somehow some awful witchcraftery way VERY UNDERCOOKED AND... HARD?!?! As the most enthusiastic 10yo fast-food tester around the Youngstown area, I highly, HIGHLY recommend you go to the one on Midlothian Blvd, because that one is the best one I've ever tasted. Also, if I could give this one on Mahoning/SR46 -100 stars, I definitely would.

  Got 3 bums all 3 was burnt. Fries was cold. Come on do better

  For three sandwiches and all three buns was hard as a rock couldn’t even eat them and fries was ice cold for putting no salt
