    Visit this place for 2 consecutive days and see the same situations. People in charge don’t know how to manage customers and don’t know how to deal with rush. Self kiosks don’t have paper to print the receipt, claim your order is hard, customers angry for the slow service. In this 2 days 40 minutes is the average time to get your food. Me as owner of this specific franchise I’m firing all the staff and hire new team with a good compromise to serve don’t matter what. At the end I get the food, no what I order…

    I have NEVER ordered from here and not had to pull in front and wait for my food. They often then let me sit there for 20 + minutes forcing me to go in and check on my order and be told they didn't realize I was waiting.
