If you had seen the amount of stars I gave, I assume you know how the service was. Honestly, as someone who has cancer and a bad heart, I’m not supposed to be driving. I would rather risk driving to the Dunkin on mahoning Ave than to ever give this Dunkin my money again. The lady didn’t seem like she wanted to take my order. Got my order completely wrong and rung things up that I didn’t even order. I had paid for these things because the price didn’t seem too far off from what it was originally supposed to be. Couldn’t give me a refund because I used tap to pay and didn’t have my physical card on me and refused to load the money onto a gift card. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this Dunkin, but I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt (mostly because of my health and them being the only reasonably priced coffee place by me) but this time it went to far. If I could give a 0 star, I would.
