  I don’t leave a lot of reviews so when I do, the service was either perfect or the absolute worst. If you had seen the amount of stars I gave, I assume you know how the service was. Honestly, as someone who has cancer and a bad heart, I’m not supposed to be driving. I would rather risk driving to the Dunkin on mahoning Ave than to ever give this Dunkin my money again. The lady didn’t seem like she wanted to take my order. Got my order completely wrong and rung things up that I didn’t even order. I had paid for these things because the price didn’t seem too far off from what it was originally supposed to be. Couldn’t give me a refund because I used tap to pay and didn’t have my physical card on me and refused to load the money onto a gift card. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this Dunkin, but I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt (mostly because of my health and them being the only reasonably priced coffee place by me) but this time it went to far. If I could give a 0 star, I would.

  I come here regularly and for a while it was nice, staff was friendly, food was always really great quality but, the past couple months it’s really gone downhill. I got donuts here once and they were super dry and frosting was like melted off. Anytime that we start our order (we get the same thing every time) they immediately sound annoyed and the tone of voice switches half way through ordering. The one time we went here we got hash brown and they were still almost freezing cold and they barely cooked them. Anytime we get wake-up wraps they are just thrown together and stuffed in the bag most of the time the ingredients are just not even in the wrap. Anytime we come here anymore they just sound like it’s an inconvenience that we are even ordering anything from them and that they have to do their job. This last time we came here today though was absolutely horrible. The interaction started off with the girl going “go ahead” and sounded super annoyed which I get it maybe she was having a bad day I’ve worked fast food I get it but you have to stay professional. My bf ordered two wake up wraps and then ordered a bacon wake up wrap sandwich. The sandwiches are the ones with the chipotle hash browns with your choice of protein which is stated on the menu. Once he said the wake up wrap sandwich the girl was like “um so how many?” And he asked what and she goes “you wanted two bacon egg and cheese wraps and then you said you wanted another one” and he goes “yeah I wanted two of the bacon wraps and one of the bacon wake up wrap sandwiches” she proceed to laugh and as she’s laughing a little she goes “yeah so how many you wanted two of the bacon ones and then another so how many is that?” And her voice changed to snappy mid sentence. My bf was like “I just want two of the bacon and one of the chipotle hash brown bacon ones. And she goes “ok” and then I ordered and I was slightly snappy towards her because of how rude she was being and we get to the window the girl was nice idk if it was the same girl or not but yeah. Our interactions with them anymore just seem very annoyed on their part and they are just very rude towards their customers. The time they gave us almost frozen hash browns they burnt my sandwich and also burnt the wake up wraps. They used to be good and friendly but they just seem kind of miserable anymore.

  I ordered a large iced pumpkin signature latte and all it tasted like was milk and hardly had any whipped cream or other toppings. I will not be going here again.
