Someone didn't pick up a cake one time. Directed me to website but website does not have sheet options. She said call back if I have problems and still would not resolve. How are you going to ask someone to come out and pay and then come back 2 days later to pick up?? Terrible service and employee attitude. Been ordering these for 10+ years done with this location with no problems before today. Sad the young girl said they do not have any operator to talk to and resolve.

I came in last week, stood at the counter for 10 minutes, nobody at the drive thru, nobody inside and not one person acknowledged I was there. So I had to leave because I wanted some ice cream so I went somewhere that actually sold. Then I come in yesterday for a doordash. Again, nobody acknowledging me. People that came in after me was taken care way before me. 20 minutes for a blizzard. Also it was ordered 20 minutes before I got there. So it must've been the best blizzard ever
