I was third in line for 20 minutes while the only 2 workers came from behind the dumpster area from smoking to finally wait on people. I understand that they may be understaffed but that is beyond ridiculous. They should’ve had closed for the moment signs or something stating they will be back soon instead of having 4-5 cars in line waiting to be serviced.

Didn’t have several items that we wanted and that were shown on the menu. Wouldn’t pull the menu up until we ordered at least one item. The lady said the menu will not show till we order at least one item and there’s nothing she can do about it. Clearly someone needs to be trained again and while they’re getting trained perhaps learn some customer service. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonalds.

employees are always so kind and accommodating. i appreciate still being able to get breakfast stuff cutting it close to the end of breakfast time. everyone is always nice regardless of what time of day i go. they definitely don't get treated as well as they should be. all of them deserve better

Unsalted, barely warm fries. They changed the nuggets and now they're so bland. Gave diced apples for breakfasts instead of regular apple slices in the kids meal. I would never in a million years give those to a toddler. Gave small fries instead of medium, which I'm glad I caught al the drive thru and that was corrected.
