VERY disappointed. Spent 15 dollars on the huntrix meal. Did not receive the two sauces, or the powder for the fries. I can't believe it. And the weather is so bad outside so I cannot go back out to get my items! Wasted money. I have already reached out to customer service. Waiting to here back.

This McDonald's seriously needs some improvement. I worked for a McDonald's for 8 years, some of those as a manager, and have seen and understand the complexities fast food workers often have to deal with. But the experience we had at this McDonald's was unacceptable. We ordered two cheeseburgers with no meat as my partner is vegetarian but enjoys all the other toppings. Both had meat on them and then taken off of them before they were given to us, basically contaminating the whole thing woth meat juice. After earing one, my partner got sick in the car and thats when we realized what had happened. So I went back around in the drive thru, which they said I had to go to the front to get it fixed. So I was stuck in the drive thru until we could pull around as once your in the drive thru, there's no path out until the end. Once at the window we were told again we had to go up front. When I could get out of the drive thru, I pulled up front and went inside. The gentleman who helped me was great and very sympathetic about the situation as my partner was getting sick in the car. He then told me i could have doen this in the drive thru and it would have been faster. Going inside hadnt made me feel better about the situation after seeing the condition of the store. The dining area was covered in trash, receipts and straw wrappers everywhere. In the behind the counter employee area you could see fries all over the floor just kicked out of the walking paths and what appeared to be spilled shake mix on the gorund below the ice cream machine, and it was clear it had been sitting there for a bit. They replaced the food and we went on our way. We won't be going back.

Just went to get a chocolate shake after not coming to this location for a year because of rude service then but thought I would give it a shot. Well big mistake. I ordered and the young man brings me my chocolate shake that has mostly vanilla ice cream in it and I ask is this chocolate? He says yes you have to mix it around . I said it does not look like chocolate can I please have you make me another one? He rolls his eyes take sit back and says something to the 4 other people standing around and they all look at me and laugh. I wave my hand asking for him to come back to the window. Someone else comes back. I said I don’t want it I would just like my money back , that man was rude and you all laughing and staring is very rude as well. The man speaking to me says he wasn’t rude , I say again I would like my money back he yells and says I heard you . How did you pay. I said cash and he slams the window. Brings me back my money and slams the money in my hands. Never again will I go to this location. I think it should be closed down. I will only go to the one in Aurora by the car dealership the manager is so sweet and her staff is great! Only the rudest people work at the one by Walmart!

Absolutely unacceptable experience, waited over 30 minutes for my food! First, when I pulled up to the window to get my food, I was handed the wrong bag. Then the manager Eric came over to the window and asked to have my receipt that they cleared my order from the screen and he could not retrieve it back to know what I had, I gave him my receipt and pulled around as he instructed. After about 10 minutes, an employee came out and tried handing me again the wrong food. He asked to see my receipt so he can get the correct food and I told him the manager took my receipt to make the food since the screen was cleared and they had no idea what my order was. About another five minutes, he came back out with the same incorrect food and asked me if I was sure this was not my order, I told him yes and repeated what I had ordered and that the manager has my receipt of what I ordered. About another 10 minutes had went by. He came back out and told me the manager lost my receipt and there was no way to reprint my receipt (so now I have no receipt) no one knows what I ordered And he wrote down my order to go in and have it made. After about another five minutes, he comes back out with a bag I go through it. Part of my order was in there, but not all of it. I told him what I was missing and he went back in, a few minutes later the rest of had came. It is completely unacceptable for such a sloppy disorganized Manager, who not to mention never even came out to my car to apologize for any of the confusion or had any common courtesy. The employees, however Sinjun and Alicia (the employees who had to keep running back-and-forth to my car due to lack of management able to do his job), We’re very polite, helpful and apologetic for the mistake made by their incompetent Manager Eric! This is the second time in a row that this place has been in straight chaos and could not figure out my order. It is a good thing that there are some great employees, like Sinjun and Alicia, working there who are keeping that store together because management doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Waited in the drive-tru line for 30 minutes and the line NEVER MOVED. There were 12 cars ahead of me and not one of them moved in that period of time. I called the restaurant while I was in line to make sure they were open and the person who answered the phone said there were only two people working. A McDonald's franchise has TWO people working the entire store at lunch time on a weekday?! Do yourself a favor and avoid this store like the plague. I have already reported this store to McDonald's corporate.
