I’ve been taken aback, honestly, at the incredible customer service I’ve gotten at the window, and not just from one person. I thought it would be only weekdays but I visited this past Saturday, December 6 with my husband, telling him that the gentlemen at the window are so good, they should train others. Seriously! And what a delight - we were treated to the nicest and funniest and joyful person behind the order screen. Most people are not like this, so please - recognize these great employees. (I threw away my receipt but will keep it next time.)

The workers often have an attitude and act as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. I try to be understanding we all have rough days but it’s become the norm at this store. It really takes away from the experience, no matter how good the food is. I hope management takes time to address the customer service issues because people notice, and it matters.
