I got a vegetarian bowl and they were aparently out of lettuce fajita veg and guac. I got about ten lbs of sour cream, cheese, and spinach and half a scoop of beans. I dont eat rice so i have about 15 cents worth of food. If they are not able to plan accordingly then they should either cut off online ordering or contact people prior to fulfilling a made up order so we can go elsewhere. Trust me, drive an extra 15 mins to another chipotle if you want to enjoy your order. The last time i went i had to go back twice and they still could not get it right. Please just close this one down. I also had to wait an extra 15 mins past my pickup time.

The restaurant was busy but when I got there, I was told they hadn’t even started my wife’s order and had two wait roughly ten minutes. The pickup time was promised at 5:40 and didn’t receive my order until 5:55. They didn’t apologize, didn’t take accountability, and didn’t even hand it to me despite the fact I was sitting right in front of them. They just plopped it on the pickup order shelf as if I wasn’t even there. My wife was worried that I got in an accident because I was gone that long. They did not earn a tip from me and I Will not be coming back

The manager that was there “ Matt “ Had a horrible attitude And went about the situation in the most unprofessional way, I could imagine .. Each time I go There, I’m reminded why it’s the worst location it’s not hard to be a reasonable human and I hate that they act like they don’t know what they’re doing
