  Amazing food today I didn’t quite catch the worker name but she was amazing and made me one of the best chipotle bowls ever! Found out we both like chipotle rice the most and the cheese which are the two things chipotle don’t have sometimes late at night but tonight they did and it was great the cashier was amazing too and didn’t give me a hard time at all definitely one of the best chipotles I go to

  They were out of white rice. At Chipotle. During dinner. That’s like a burger place running out of buns. “Just get brown” isn’t the same thing. If the main ingredient’s gone, what’s the plan? I left.

  Service was bad, order messed up somehow got half steak and half chicken when I wanted no meat. Never returning shut this location down. Do not go to this store.

  I never leave reviews or complain about my food—I usually just suck it up and eat it. But this experience was really disappointing. I ordered through the app and didn’t realize until I got home (about 15 minutes away) that my bowl was barely a quarter full. There were only a couple pieces of chicken, and the “beans” were basically just sauce—there wasn’t a single actual bean in the bowl. I’m pregnant and was extremely hungry, so realizing I didn’t even get a proper portion was upsetting. I did drive back and they fixed it, but the fact that I had to make a second trip is the issue. What’s even more frustrating is seeing so many other negative reviews mentioning the exact same problem, yet nothing seems to be getting corrected. I’ve never had an issue like this at a Chipotle before, which is why this was so disappointing.
