  Im done with this location. Fire the entire staff. Start over. The girl who made out food made it clear she didn't give a shit about us or her job. Absolute worst ever. I have given them many chances. I guess that's just the way it is now. Oh by the way maybe a Cafe check now and then... garbage piled 4 feet high...4 feet.

  I come here every week, I will never return. The sides of my burrito were not even wrapped, I asked them to rewrap it or double wrap it and the girl behind the counter gave me attitude and then proceeded to wrap it in another tortilla without folding the sides in again. If I was to pick it up everything would fall out all over my lap. That is not a burrito. She then threw it all messy into a bowl. I also paid for double chicken and there's barely a single scoop in here. I will never be back, paying $15 for something I can't even eat and receiving attitude for employees is unacceptable.

  I ordered online, got my bowl and my chicken was charcoal like super burnt. It wasn't edible, I called was told to come in for a remake, when I got there was told to sit. Waited 30 minutes before I spoke to a manager, while I was waiting this older gentlemen who was a crew member got so heated about a customer, who couldn't speak english very well. As soon as that customer walked out the door this crew member started cussing about this customer very loudly. I was not pleased with my experience today.

  Only been there maybe three times, and each time an entree was made wrong. I go to other Chipotles frequently and rarely have similar issues. Smaller portions than everywhere else, too, and having to wait to be greeted at the window while employees are literally standing around is pretty crumby. It doesn't help that the useless online chat thing can do nothing but offer you a free drink, which I don't want. I will spend my helard earned money elsewhere, I promise.

  More than half of the staff busy on a gossip and least bothered for the customers time. They can still see a whole bunch of people standing in a line. But they can’t help as they were busy on a gossip. You need to wait for what you want. They serve only half or less than half portions for full price. If you ask little more as they served you only 1/4th portion, they make it now the half portion and charge extra. Even now that’s not a regular portion. I see most of the chipotles doing this every where but this particular location would be more worse as that’s their best.
