There is absolutely no reason why AI should be replacing a person taking an order at the drive thru. I am very very disappointed in Taco Bell and this point in time. And will never use the AI option. Hope others don’t either

Second they put sour cream, lettuce and tomato on what was supposed to be a regular chicken quesadilla. Not to mention the incredibly long wait time. Never again. I would get a refund if I could.
