  Hands down the worst experience and food I’ve ever had not only for Wendy’s but at any establishment. My visit was tonight at just before midnight, not only was the order taker pushy and rude when he asked if we wanted anything else and we said no his response was good pull up to the window. We got to the window and our drinks had no ice and the coke i ordered wasn’t even coke, he shoved a bag out the window aggressively and we had to tell him there should be more. He reaches back for another bag and again aggressively shoves another bag out the window and then just stares at us through a closed window. I have worked restaurant management for a better part of a decade and am servesafe certified and I can tell you the food we were served was not only below standard but also was not safe to consume and in the temperature danger zone. Please avoid this place as I truly believe someone will get sick from eating here. Very disappointed and will not be back.

  Order two hamburgers chicken nuggets and two fries. The burgers were wrong. Only one peice of bacon on each sandwich. The bread was stale and the cheese wasn't melted. Got home after eating here and got really sick. Never eat at this place and the kid in the drive through was so rude. Do better this is a small town no reason for bad service and bad food.

  Was ordering food, got no response, the guy then said on the speaker "I don't have time for this shit" and then a girl got on the speaker and complained about us not answering about what sauce we wanted for our nuggets and said that we were "running up her drive thru times" and then we told her that no one ever asked what sauce we wanted and then she argued with us about it and then after we went to the window to pay, she was still running her mouth and then the guy asked us to park and they would bring the food out even though there was no one behind us.

  Took an hour and a half to get food when food was delivered half of the food was missing, gave us a spoon but no ice cream? instead of giving us the missing food they gave us a two dollar coupon for fries. Food was contaminated with employees hair. It’s not it.

  Would rate a negative if I could. The Manager named Kayla Nash, is very unprofessional, tries to deliberately argue with customers and has an awful attitude all around. The store is very disorganized and not clean AT ALL. Don’t know what happened, but this used to be the best Wendy’s in Athens. Now it’s switched. Cold food, poor service, and a stomach ache is all you’ll receive from Richland Avenue Wendy’s.
