Most recently, my pizza was delivered to the wrong building in my apartment complex. I had selected a no-contact delivery, as I was under the weather, and waited quite a while for delivery. Eventually, a kind neighbor brought it to me, but by then, the pizza was cold. Unfortunately, I had tipped in advance through the app, which felt like a waste since the delivery was not properly completed and the food was cold and unappetizing. The previous order was also late and arrived cold. I could see the driver parked for an extended time at a different location on the delivery tracker. I don’t order delivery often, so it’s a treat when I do, but both experiences missed the mark and were not worth the cost. If you decide to order here, pickup might be the better option. It appears Pizza Hut used DoorDash for delivery, and in my case, the service left me disappointed and regretting the expense.
