  Waited at least 10 minutes in the drivethru line and didn't make it to the speaker. There weren't that many people in line, either.

  Ordered through the app before 11am, when breakfast ends. Waited in a very long drive thru line, which is normal for this place. Got to the order board at 11:05 and gave them my pickup name/number and was told breakfast had ended. So I went inside to talk to the manager. That took about 15 minutes of asking for the manager before someone finally acknowledged I was standing there. The manager finally came up and she told me that “company policy states that at 11am, all breakfast is thrown away, regardless if the order had already been made”. So when I asked if my food was thrown away, she said yes because it was after 11am. That makes no sense to me and seems to be horrible business practice. I’ve worked restaurant for years in the past, and if breakfast orders were placed before cut off, we always honored the order. The manager and staff are always rude at this specific location. And it doesn’t seem to matter complaining to corporate as they tell you that this location is privately owned.

  went through the drive through, workers were rude. got my sister chicken nuggets and she was eating them, she bit into one and her mouth starts bleeding. there was plastic inside of her chicken nugget. disgusting.
