Day shift drive thru workers are rude. Practically throw your food at you. You say thank u, no response. Overheard one girl bitching about making a frappe. Her words" were not a coffee shop". My thoughts are, we the customers should get whatever we order with a smile on the workers faces. We DO help pay your wages!
