- JMJustin Mcbride3 days ago1.0Horrendous nighttime crew, the manager (I think his name might be Justin) is just awful. We don’t know his name for sure because they all refuse to give us their names. We have to call in complaints after every order. We’ve ordered from Nelsonville and had success every time but this Athens location is absolutely ridiculous. The daytime manager (Maybe Bek) was kind and tried to apologize for how horrible the night manager was. She said she gets complaints on him constantly. Save your time and order somewhere else in Athens but especially if you’re ordering in the evening, DO NOT order from them.

The response I got baffled me. “Your order was placed for 7:30 we don’t have it, it hasn’t dropped yet”, In the absolute rudest way possible. If not spoken to in sure a rude way, the response would’ve been just fine by me. I really don’t understand why he was so rude, all I did was tell the lady at the front the name of my order, because she asked me what it was.
