First of all, I put in an order ahead of time, and when I was there my order was not ready, even though it said it was on the app. The problem was that they had ran out of queso, and that was no problem. However, I was waiting for 30 minutes for them to make this queso, even though they had told me 10-15 minutes, which I was fine with. Second, the food I received was cold, and the chips weren't even close to be crunchy. This was an unnecessary cortisol spike.

It will either be tiny, or something will be wrong. Ordered extra mild tomato and extra sour cream for delivery, opened my bowl when it got to me, and lo and behold, light tomato and no sour cream. This is not the first time this has happened either. Everything is also usually super dry. This just isn't a great Chipotle, honestly.
