    Messed up my order after repeating it 3 times...10 chocilate munchkons, not in the wicked tin, waited over 3 minutes at the window for a hot chocolate and the wrong munchkins.Not sure who takes orders but they cant be heard and dont understand what is being ordered.

    Staff is slow. Rude and inattentive. Only people in the store and stood in line for 10 minutes at the counter. Asked 3 times if I was ready to order. Said yes each time. The staff would walk away when I say yes and not take my order.

    If you want good coffee and great service go for first shift morning girls and guys kill it. I ordered a bigger order then normal this morning and within I would say 5 min the whole order ,2 drinks 3 hash and 4 sandwich all done and sitting on the counter the whole order perfect, drinks on point, good work y'all. now for second shift can't say the same they still need some training

    Well, I know one reason why Starbucks is going to do fabulous and Ashtabula,it’s because Dunkin’ Donuts in Ashtabula has bad service and not open for orders on Sunday as well. Walk in the door and not one person speaks to you. Hurry up Starbucks.!
