  whoever makes the Rice fire them clearly they don’t know how to make rice that should be the only place. I know that serves uncooked rice in their burritos and stuff.

  I honestly don't know why I keep ordering here, I actually like the food but it seems like more often than not I am get sick after eating it. Portions are inconsistent(which is important when tracking your food), meat is hit or miss, (like today)the chicken sometimes has way more seasoning than usual or has small bones in it, steak is very fatty or tough and can't stomach swallowing it. Today was it for me I shared my chicken burrito bowl with my 10 year old I got super sick and now she is throwing up as well, noone else in the house is sick they ate pizza. Also, the chips can be very stale at times. I hate to be overly negative but I feel horrible and I don't want others getting sick as well. It's just not what it used to be.

  I used to really like this Chipotle, but my last experience wasn’t great. I ordered ahead about 20 minutes before arriving, but there was still a very long line in the drive-thru. Since I thought my order might already be ready, I decided to go inside instead. What I noticed was that the employee handling the drive-thru orders was working really hard but seemed overwhelmed. She was preparing orders while also grabbing chips and other items for the cashier. Meanwhile, the staff at the counter didn’t seem to be helping much, which slowed things down even more. I honestly felt bad for the drive-thru employee because she was doing multiple jobs at once. Overall the food was fine, but the workflow between staff could definitely be more efficient. It would help a lot if employees supported each other more during busy times so customers aren’t waiting as long.

  Come into the store 45 min before close no line what's so ever. Tell me why my order wasn't taken. I was standing at the counter ready but was ignored for 3-4 min. I don't understand at all. No sense of urgency from staff. Amazed at what I was witnessing I left.
