  The last 4 times I ordered from here I put no sour cream and every time they put it on anyways. Last time they put it on and put a side cup of it in my bag instead of my fries! This time again sour cream where there shouldn't be and my fries are wet!

  Closed inside earlier than listed hours, very rude to Dashers! Night time manager makes her own inability to do her job other people's problem and them treats them badly when providing "customer service". Will not be back to Dash here (I'm not the only one who refuses to dash here) and I won't spend my own money here either.

  Once a year I try to order food online and pickup in the drive thru. EVERY ORDER MADE IN THE LAST 10 years has been missing food or screwed up in some way. Tonight I ordered and 2 items from my order were left out, along with any sauces I ordered and sauces for the chicken nuggets. I got a taco salad and there were no forks or utensils of any kind, nor any napkins. I live a few blocks from this location, and over the years, I have had to return each time to obtain something left out that I paid for. The worst part is when you go inside to report the missing item, you are treated like crap, and then they make you wait 15-20 minutes to get the items you ordered and paid for while they just keep taking care of people who arrived after you. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again, and I recommend you do not order there either. Rude children are running the place and have no courtesy or customer service. Because this has happened for years, it speaks volumes of the lack of professional management or adult supervision. That was the last dollar you will steal from me. I am done.

  Can we talk about the new chicken dipping burritos and how they are tiny but cost 7 dollars? This is a crime cause they didn't look that small in the picture at all. Crazy over priced food and the quality wasn't that great either. This is a miss tacobell for sure not your best item. Very disappointed🤦🏼
