  The staff is almost always very friendly and efficient. However, this location, nor do any other locations in Ashland, accept any coupons including the ones in the app. This information is not published anywhere other than on a small a printout posted in some locations. How these locations are able to opt out of nationally advertised coupons from the Subway app is beyond me but it is very frustrating and has definitely led to me purchasing less Subway.

  The owner/manager was extremely rude. I drive a big truck and had to park diagonally so my backend wasn’t in the road/driveway. There was no one in the parking lot and the one spot I took up wasn’t even an actual parking spot. The owner/manager told me I was couldn’t park like that and to never do that again. I asked where I was to park and he said he didn’t know but I couldn’t take up 2 spots. There was no one in the parking lot. There were 4 other empty spots that my truck wasn’t taking up. I understand I shouldn’t have taken up 2 spots but the other parking lots were for other businesses and there was NO one in the parking lot. I knew I wasn’t going to be long. The owner/manager didn’t really need to be rude about how I was parked. The employees had their personal items, coats, phones, drinks all over one of the booths but that wasn’t an issue apparently.
