- SSSarah SmailJun 9, 20251.0I would not recommend dining at this establishment unless you’re prepared to wait over an hour for a small portion of food that tastes old and poorly prepared. My recent visit was not only disappointing in terms of food quality and service speed, but also in how I was treated by the staff. I stopped in to visit my husband who works there, only to be told later I was no longer allowed back, all because a manager, who appeared to be in her 30s or 40s, falsely claimed I accused her of texting/flirting with my 20-year-old husband, even though I know he would never do so much as to look at her in that way given she’s older and has children. She couldn’t even explain how or why she believed or came about this, only that “everyone on the crew” told her so and that he would be written up if it happened again when neither of us have spoken about her nor to other members of the staff we haven’t done anything to this woman other than to see if she might have liked an item from my small business. That level of gossip-based decision-making is not only unprofessional, it’s concerning. On top of that, the staff seemed to lack the most basic ability to read and follow a simple order receipt. If you’re working in customer service, you should at the very least be able to treat people with respect and handle basic tasks correctly. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, whether as a customer or an employee.
