The worker who was very rude said " you placed your order 20 minutes ago and that's why it's cold." She replaced the coffee with another cold coffee with coffee grounds in it and acted rude the whole time. Please do better! Being friendly is not optional at a food service job! Also out of several items!!

Like it hurt her to listen to me. Someone took my drink and walked out, witnessed by people, but they acted like I was the thief. Not one worker had a positive attitude or friendly. I dont recommend this place unless you are also hateful. Only one star because I like dunkin coffee. P.s. I only had a medium plain black coffee. Not like it was difficult. Husband had a large regular with cream and sugar. Granddaughter had a pink wicked.
