I witnessed one of the workers digging in her ears, examine it and wipe it on her shirt to continue working. When I suggested she wash her hands, she questioned me as to why, I explained what I had witnessed her do and her response was ‘I’m not touching your food, I’m not even on food’—either way that’s still a bit disturbing in a food handling environment. No one called out my order—as they did all of the other orders—so I was just standing around for an excessive amount of time. Finally after about 15 minutes, someone asked what I was waiting for and once I advised, she let me know it’s this order that was off to the side just collecting chills. The food was horrible—all due to it being cold. I won’t be back to this location as it’s is possibly the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.
