  Was an hour an a half into my drive to Cleveland when I finally found somewhere to get a healthy food option. Ordered an egg white avocado breakfast sandwich with ham on the mobile app and it was literally the best I have had from all the Panera’s I have visited in my own home town. Bagel was toasted nicely and the sandwich was hot and literally perfectly prepared. It was so good I could have eaten 2. Never knew this is how that sandwich is actually supposed to taste. Moral of the story, the ppl who prepare the food has everything to do with how the food comes out. Thank you to the morning staff who worked 3/9/26. I shouldn’t be this sentimental about simple breakfast sandwich but food hits different when you have the people who take pride in what they do make it. ❤️❤️

  Every time I eat there the food is yummy, fresh and the staff are nice and helpful.

  If you wanna dine in, they just giving you food with to go packages, there’s no way to eat with a normal dishes

  First off, how does ANY Panera have less than 3 stars??? Thought you guys cared about customers? Second, it's 3:15pm, I tried to place my order at the counter and there's a sign that said "kiosk ordering only" and I asked if it takes cash and they said no, card only. And I asked if I can place my order with them and pay cash and they said no. So I ordered on my phone. It said 10-15 minute wait, then it told me that time isn't correct, and the earliest was 20 minutes. So I accepted. One minute later, someone behind the counter shouted "Any orders coming in are now taking 30 minutes!" Well, I placed my order already so I had to wait. 35 minutes later I asked how much longer and she said there are more than 5 more orders before mine. Another 10 minutes later, she asked the other girl where my sandwich was and she said "oh crap!" and pulled it out completely burnt. She had her remake it. It was given to me over 5 minutes later with the wrong toppings on it. I asked them to remake it right and they both seemed angry. So I said nevermind and took it anyway. Mind you, this is almost an hour later. I would NEVER EVER EVER stop here again. And I'm a loyal Panera customer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

  Please take the time to thank your crew members and the assistant manager that was on the register. The food was first class. The service was first class very clean restaurant…. I ordered the Asian chicken, sesame salad, a coffee and an oatmeal. It was so delicious very fresh… Again, I thank you guys so much and please take the time to thank the crew members that were on shipped that morning
