I don’t know if the workers are stressed but taking it out on the patrons is not a very good look. All it takes is to sympathize with one another so that both ends have a good ending. Common courtesy goes a long way. When your talked at instead of two can definitely have oneself feeling disrespected. That’s not the best feeling because you treat and speak to adults with respect as adults. I’m very dissatisfied with how customer service was conducted this evening. In hopes for continued training to create progress for positive outcomes in the future!
