  I went to the Amherst chipotle today and immediately saw the workers with a small scale measuring out food portions. I would usually not have an issue with this action but today when the worker was measuring my food, she gave me approximately 200 grains of rice in 15 pieces of chicken. All of the workers had a bad attitude and seemed like serving me was the last of their concern. I immediately left without taking the bowl that was already being prepared for me and went to a different Chipotle location. I eat too much chipotle to get a third of a serving that I usually receive for the same price.

  Dude on grill was eating a bowl while cooking and had gloves on that he didn’t change. Asked for “a little bit extra sour cream” and they put two giant globs on my burrito, squished it out all over the foil. And wrapped it leaving my burrito covered in sour cream.

  Every time I order from here they manage to mess it up. Today I was particularly pissed when I ordered because when I asked for utensils I genuinely only got a spoon to eat my chipotle bowl with. Do people even think? Unbelievable

  I went here to get a chicken quesadilla. I have heard for quite some time now from other people that they force you to order these on their app. I have not experienced that until now. There were no other customers in the store, save the one ahead of me, already gathering her food to leave. I ordered my quesadilla and was told at this point that I had to order it from the app. Again, no other customers were in the store behind me so, I asked for a manager to come. When he came, he proceeded to tell me that they are not even able to ring large quesadillas in the store. That is a lie. I order them, all the time, in the store. What if someone does have the app? Or doesn't want the app? Or decided at the last minute that they wanted something from Chipotle? To force someone to order a menu item from your app. or not to sell it to them is nonsense. I will NEVER go back to Chipotle without an apology or a change in policy. Know your customers or lose them.

  I am very disappointed in my service today. I came around 4pm 3/16, and I was getting my taco that I always get (chicken, rice, cheese, and lettuce) . I never have had this bad of an experience here, but as I was going through the line, I got to the end section and asked for lettuce when this girl literally put three pieces of lettuce on my taco, because the lettuce was out and she was too lazy to grab more. I asked for more lettuce and she pointed at the empty bin, and I asked if she could go get more from the back, and she rolled her eyes and nodded no, then pushed my taco aside and didn’t say anything. She was thin, dark skinned, I think her name was Jaliyah. Very poor customer service here… :(
