  A gentleman named Jeremiah took our order and even brought our food to us when it was ready first time Taco Bell felt like a sit-down restaurant LOL Great job guys

  After moving from Newport last fall and having a bad rep of TB due to that terrible location, this location has treated us well ! We talk all the time about how we can finally enjoy Taco Bell whenever we have to eat out. I would say about 40% of the time we don’t get all of the items ordered in the bag, but that’s why we check before we leave. The food quality is almost always great (except their fryer oil… sometimes chips are inedible) and service is pretty good as well. The breakfast here is also super fresh and tasty. We’ve not had a terrible experience here not one time since September.

  I fully respect the grind of working in fast food but the wait time here only to then receive the wrong food is ridiculous. My entire order was wrong today and I do not have time to return and wait for more wrong items. Looking at the ticket, everything was input accurate but whoever made the food did not read.

  Tried ording online couldn't get past the pop as it was blank. Then talked to employees in store they stated 1/2 hour on site coming up over 1 and a half hours still no changes to app employees seemed not to care. Problem was not corrected so I went to Wendy's and got excellent service. Bring back employees that actually want to work and dont lie to customers.

  Had to give u one star !! To make a review..to remind u You work at taco bell theres a reason for that !! This place is horrible ..the workers act like they own the place ..bring in food thats wrong, the say there not taking it back because they know it was right 21 question me ..wow Didnt even make me my food like I ordered .....and its 550pm on april 13 so u know the shift that sucks ..good job TACO BELL workers ,
