  My husband, 2 kids, and I had dined in on March 26th between 3pm and 4pm. Everything was great. The server was nice, did her job well up until we left. My husband paid for our meal and we headed to the car to pack the kids up and the server came out and yelled at us for not leaving a tip. Little did she know, we were grabbing cash from the car for her tip because they can’t tax cash tips. But after she got nasty with us, there was no way in hell we were tipping her then

  I went through the drive-thru today. I ordered the three-way And 2 coneys and a chocolate shake. Let’s just say the shake was melted. It was not good. There was about four people in front of me, so I guess the shake melted why they were taking care of other customers. I would hope they would make the shake fresh so it wasn’t all melted like chocolate milk when I received it. The three-way was cold Seriously, cold stiff no sauce and dry The two coneys were OK but the shake and the three-way was terrible. The three-way was totally cold. I only live across the street. It was cold very little chili and dry It The shake was like drinking chocolate milk. It was my first time eating at the new Goldstar across the street from me and I’m gonna say I’m gonna have to pass for $21 I could do better The quality was just not there

  We just left the drive-through not even five minutes ago. The older lady working in the drive-thru should probably get a new job if she doesn’t want to do her job right. She was mad that we had to ask for hot sauce and crackers because usually you’re supposed to ask the customer she didn’t and said she flung our food at us and wanted us to leave her drive-thru we were in a great mood until we had to deal with that interaction.

  First off, I am a huge Gold Star fan. Much better than SL. That being said, we just went through the drive thru and it was terrible. 3way with very little chili. Cheese coneys that I couldn't even taste the chili. Pathetic. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers. One with bacon. There was NO bacon. I really don't think anyone can read simple instructions anymore
