So one week prior to a birthday party we ordered 120 wings with a whole bunch of fries and ranch, paid for it up front and got a confirmation number with a paid receipt and email confirmation. We went to pick up the order on the day, they had no order. No record of the order. Luckily we had the email with the reference #. The Manager kept blaming corporate. Kept getting the runaround about we are not a corporate store, we are independently owned. I told her, this business still says Wingstop, doesn’t matter who owns it. They went ahead and made most of the order but they forgot 20 wings and a large ranch but they wouldn’t. They couldn’t do any credit they couldn’t and couldn’t do a refund because the app apparently goes through corporate.
If you place a big order from this Amelia store, you might want to call the same day to make sure they have it because if they weren’t ready.
On a good note, they did get it prepared pretty quickly most of the flavored wings barely had any sauce on them at all, but everything was hot because we had to wait other than that be guarded.
I will say Chloe was very nice and very accommodating, but the whole process was very frustrating

Visited wingstop after almost 6 years, first time to Amelia location. Almost didn't order looking at the reviews, but it was a pleasant surprise.
Food was excellent and wing portions are more than adequate for the price point. Same old flavor, too. Will be visiting again!

So gross ! Placed an online order lastnight for dinner for my family. Came inside and waited upwards of 10 min before I was approached and given my to go order. Got to my car and realized my order was wrong so I went inside and waited another 10ish min before they approached me to ask me what was wrong. They start making the cheese fries that were missing from my order while dropping items onto the ground and picking them back up and using them. Obviously I'm grossed out but I go home with my food and realize I have hollow dried out wings and cheese fries with zero seasoning and barely any cheese so I bag the food back up and my family goes hungry lastnight. I called today and klohie the gm answers and is so rude. I didn't yell or cuss. I simply told what happened and how I will return the food for my money back and she offered a remake or store credit. Well I obviously don't want that as I watched how they ran the place lastnight. As soon as I made it clear I wanted a refund only klohie turned into a rude and nasty person. Claiming she will send the refund request up to corporate but with the holidays she didnt know when or if ill get the refund. She wanted to rush the phone call because her words there was only 1 person working the line and customers waiting. So I called her out for being rude. I have a feeling this restaurant has many problems due to being short staffed and rude employees. Let me also mention this is my 2nd time at this wing stop and the 1st time my food was also inedible but I let it go and gave them another chance.

Didn’t receive entire order, place was dead on a Saturday night-probably the first warning sign….if I wanted to eat something that dry I would’ve saved the $60, put the kids to bed early, and went down on my wife.
Fries were somewhat passable, probably due to the sickening sweetness of the seasoning positively interacting with my diabetes.
Never been, won’t go back. Is there a rating below 1?
