  The food was hot and fresh but the rice in my burritos was hard. One of the burritos was worse than the other one. I ate one and threw the other away.

  They need new employees on night shift every single one of them. They don't care about customers. They mouthly as hell. It's every day I would avoid the place at all costs

  if i could id give zero stars. they do not start your order until you arrive for doordash delivery or pickups. this place needs new employees or something because this is ridiculous. wait times minimum 20-30 minutes just to pick up an order after arriving at store and letting staff know

  First of all I want to say I didn't get lunch or anything there was a line outside through the drive-thru so I walk in to get something there was somebody already ahead of me waiting and the lady comes out and says I'm just letting you know it's going to be a little bit longer thenyou probably want to wait I told her they told me that the last time I was here too ,when I came in about 3 months ago and I walked out then too.. you can't get any service at this Taco Bell and I hardly ever go there because this what happens to me every time I go there. They told me it was because of all the doordash orders and I believe that and they don't have enough help and that's with every restaurant I go to it seems like doordash is taken over restaurant you can't even go in and get food anymore you have to order it through doordash now to even get any food from restaurants anymore.. the workers are so consumed getting the doordash orders made that they have no time to fill drive through orders or people that come in the restaurant orders.. doordash has taken over..☹️ ps.. they need a new manager the place is not run right and I know they don't have a lot of help but it could be run better from what I heard and read reviews

  Awful, worst Taco Bell in the area, you will literally get your order faster if you drive to a different one. Every single employee here is also on some sort of nonsense and they take extra time to discuss personal issues and just be lazy. And they’re always understaffed Don’t waste your time
