We ordered online and received a sandwich with the wrong items on it, when I called to discuss this issue the staff person was extremely rude and refused to accept that it was a mistake. I was really upset at the way she treated me and contacted the manager, needless to say I can see why she has no respect for the customers. I believe that they need to recognize how you treat people is still vital to having a thriving business.
