So I did for two more dollars on top of an already 13.79 sandwich that only comes with a scronie dill pickle. Further more my wife was tasked with the order pickup. When we went to check out, there was 11 of us when we went to check out we tried to use the gift card that we had purchased Two hours earlier. We were told it was empty. There was nothing on it. We continued to explain that we had purchased it at that facility two hours earlier. The manager called the GM who we were told is the one that was working when we purchased it and was told if we do not have a receipt, there is nothing they could do. Very poor communication and very horrible customer service. We did find the receipt and we will be taking it back up tomorrow to get a refund!
