    Love donatos but The online site is shitty it sucks you can never place an order it never works as long as it takes to attempt tge order upon failing i can get to the store and still have to wait

    The automated ordering sucks ! This is the 3 rd time it has messed up my orders . But I’m also not sitting an waiting 30-40 min for another like tonight . And you can’t sit inside during to all the door dashers standing around .

    I am extremely disappointed with the pizzas I received saturday night. They did not represent the Donatos high quality standards. Instead of the sauce being evenly spread throughout the entire pizza who ever made it pushed the ladle too hard onto the dough and pushed all the sauce towards the edge. Neither pizza had edge to edge toppings and the bake was too dark. The ranch on the hot chicken was not evenly squeezed on top. There were large globs on the sides and the hot chicken itself seemed to have been the bottem of the pan that was prepped Friday morning. Only the center of the cheese pizza had shake on it. The promise time was not correct as well. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any of the Donatos locations.
