    Got two sandwiches 24 hours ago with hard dry roast beef that was difficult to eat. Today the manager tried not to refund it by telling my boyfriend the same exact meat would be what they were selling today. Truly disgusting for the manager to admit you don't check the quality of the old sandwiches you let sit in the warmer. How many people in Amelia are you serving oxidized, hard crusty roast beef to? Disgusting. Low quality. Low standards. Foul attitude for having to actually do a refund. The manager will work out her control issues and her bad life on you if you need a refund or better food. Wow.

    Ordered 3 fish sandwiches. After getting home I unwrapped sandwiches for dinner and the fish was so hard & burnt you couldn’t eat them
