  Kudos to Olivia who was holding down the fort by herself at 10:30am on 4/4 while the other two employees just chain smoked behind the building. Food was hot and fresh.

  Terrible service went thru drive thru was told to pull around and wait asked for a receipt and had to make multiple trips into store as we paid for our food and only got drinks watching drive thru that we left as employee stated he would bring our food out and we had to keep checking on it cause they would not bring out our order as stated and again multiple trips in store just for a receipt. Carissa started yelling at me as a customer saying she gave my husband the receipt and nothing and destiny threatens to throw me out of the store. What a mess Arbys sounds like you all need to hire new managers for the amelia store as 2 managers on duty can't do there job and wants to be loud and unprofessional to customers. BTW another customer came in with a pounder roast beef sandwich which looked the same as the reg roast beef. I think we can find a better establishment to meet our food needs without all the bs. The chicken sandwich was over cook and could not eat. What is going on someone in corporate needs to make some changes and retrain mgmt.

  Arby's has been around for a while and that want change. This roastbeef sandwich is the best around the globe. You must try this if you havnt been here before.
