  I placed an online order. Got home and my BLT was a BMT. How can you possibly mess it up with instructions right in front of you. Tried calling; they didn't answer the phone. So now a 10 minute trip has turned into a 40 minute trip. Nothing was stocked drink, chip or cookie wise. Would not recommend.

  Said they close at 10pm and I was here at 923 and their closed no lights on or anything

  We visit here every other month when we are running late for dinner..we don’t like going to this particular site because they are a terrible example of this chain. I have finally hit that last straw, and chose to write. This store is one of 3 fast food choices in this small town. I have visited other subway restaurants, and have usually been happy. This place makes the others look gourmet. Typically, they skimp on toppings, “toasting” that isn’t toasted at all and are cold, and when not toasted, the bread is chewy. The staff are slow, and don’t care. These issues we are used to. However, on this day, it was all this plus.. I loved the new sliced turkey sandwich with the cranberry mustard. On this day we were told they didn’t have it anymore, but they had the mustard, so I ordered the regular turkey on chewy bread. I always order provolone cheese, but they had run out. This was not the end of the day, it was 5pm on a Sunday?! I order most of the vegetables, and it was all wrapped up like a foot long hotdog. In other words a lot of bread and not much veggies. I don’t believe we will be back.
