- EReric rrrDec 6, 20253.0They forgot to put the sour cream, at the very least, in my crunchwraps. I'm not sure what else was missing but that was the thinnest, most lifeless crunchwrap I've ever had from any Taco Bell. They also gave me a refried bean burrito instead of the beefy burrito that I ordered. And let me tell you when you're looking forward to a big mouthful of beef and you get a mouth full of beans instead, it's disappointing. Also when I went to get my stuff, I stood at the counter for a good couple of minutes before anybody acknowledged me and then everybody started shouting out some lady's name for like a minute before she came out front to talk to me. Also while they were yelling that lady's name, some other lady employee walked by made a hard eye contact with me and said it'll be a second, which I get but it was annoying after I'd been standing there for a couple minutes waiting.

We got other stuff but we got a quesadilla and a cheesy Gordita crunch, it came with sour cream, not ranch and it’s COLD I just got it! And the quesadillas have sauce and the cheese was not melted at all, it was all solid cheese. We had to microwave them. Literally fire those workers and do better. We ordered at 12:50 at night today and they didn’t even bother to make us fresh food. They took 10+ minutes and the food wasn’t even hot, so what were you doing messing around?
