  Food is alright. Every time I pick up an order it’s at least 15 minutes before I get any service when they aren’t even busy. Today was a 25 minute wait before someone came up to talk to me.

  Went there today....sat there for 10-15 minutes....3 or 4 girls working....nobody acknowledged us at all. My husband went to the hostess station and asked if she could get someone to wait on us....since she seated us. She came over a couple minutes later and asked what we wanted to drink. Then a girl came over and said there was a miscommunication. The only miscommunication was that Not one person even acknowledged us.....one of you could have said "we will be with you in a minute". Nobody was that busy in there. Such a shame that these young people do not know how to communicate with other people in person. Then we order food...chicken sandwich with onion rings and a buffalo chicken salad. Took a look time to get, then she brings it out and asks if there is anything else. Ummm yes. How about some silverware and napkins??? OMG! You are a food and drink server. We were here a couple years ago and had the same experience......this place still sucks. Save yourself the aggrevation and go elsewhere.

  I usually order takeout. The food is always good. But the service and timing is horrible. Online will say the order will be ready at a certain time, you go in the take out door and it takes them 5 minutes to even greet you. Then another 10 minutes after the app said the food would be ready for them to even bring it to you. This happened to me twice. Tonight I asked to speak with the manager. That was a joke. Dude looks like he doesn't even know what he's doing in there, ZERO customer service skills, and acted like even talking to me was inconvenience to him. Ridiculous. So, good food. Horrible service and management.

  Anybody else fed up with this sports gambling thing ? Went in to order a basket of chicken wings this is the only place I go round here because the cooks know just how I like my tenders done and they coat em in liberal amounts of sauce for me bout time them youngins on their phones give up this whole sports bettin technique they got goin here you go in to put in an order for some boneless wings and a side of ranch and you end up standing next to a few kids betting their trousers on the hockey game goin on two towns away lookin down at their phones in front of ya I swear these kids are gona surgically implant these things into their head anyway food was good sauce was good little heavy on the salt on the fries but that’s okay I wasn’t the one eaten em I will be back I think they sell the bottles of medium sauce at this location I couldn’t understand her at the register the damn Billy ray cyrus song was too loud on the speaker but the wings were cooked good
