    Waiting in line for 10 minutes with no service they said that they would be with us it was to get drive thur and door dash done never had problem with it before.

    Drive thru last time. When I ordered, I got sorry we are out of that. Had to order an alternate. Unpleasant pronouns employee with blue hair at the register window. Food was cold, got a surprise mix of both types of fries, drinks were filled up beyond the lid. No napkins in the bag, and no sauce packets as was requested. In retrospect, I shouldn't have been surprised. Half the employees on that shift looked like circus clowns.

    25 minute wait for beef and cheddar meal and kids meal. And your shoes stick to the floor everywhere. Terribly understaffed.

    Decided to try the steak bites tonight and I’m really disappointed with how done they are!! They are actually burnt! My husband’s classic roast beef is cold and the fries. Haven’t been to Arby’s in a long time due to the high cost and now I’m sure we won’t be getting it again anytime soon. We didn’t eat at the restaurant or I would be telling them and showing them how our order was.
