  To Chick-fil-A Management, I’m writing because I’m beyond frustrated at this point. This is NOT the first time my order has been messed up, and it’s officially the last time I’m staying quiet about it. During my most recent visit, the employee literally asked me what size mac and cheese I wanted, acted like she entered it into the system… and then didn’t. Same exact thing happened with my sauces—asked, acknowledged, and then completely ignored. I ended up paying for an incomplete order AGAIN. This isn’t a one-off mistake. This is a pattern. Every time I come through, something is missing—whether it’s food, sides, or sauces. At this point, it feels careless and disrespectful, especially when I’m being charged full price and not getting what I paid for. I shouldn’t have to check my bag like I’m doing quality control for your staff every single visit. That’s YOUR job. You’ve built a reputation around customer service, but my experience has been the complete opposite—repeated mistakes, lack of attention, and zero accountability. I expect this to be addressed immediately. At the very least: • Better order accuracy • Staff actually entering what customers request • And some form of compensation for the repeated inconvenience Because right now, you’re losing a customer who gave you multiple chances to get it right.   Great place for a quick lunch. You cant find kinder staff anywhere. Food is good as well.

  The best chicken sandwiches on the planet and waffle fries cooked to perfection are found here. It can get pretty busy on a Saturday, yet the courteous staff remain friendly. The layout of the store could be a bit better (add booths), but that's the only knock.

  This Chick Fil A hits the nail on the head in all areas. The food is properly portioned, the staff are all very friendly and eager to help and the extra touches they put forth are valued. They have games out to play and coloring supplies. My kids and I had a blast today at lunch and we look forward to attending a bingo event in the near future. Keep it up Chick Fil A Alliance, we see you and appreciate you.
